Job Description

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at Symphony Solution Inc, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
