We are seeking a dynamic professional to manage session-style programming for global entertainment events, overseeing everything from panel discussions to autograph sessions. This role is critical in creating engaging experiences for fans across various entertainment conventions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute comprehensive event programming
  • Develop creative pitches and presentations for internal and external partners
  • Identify and acquire top-tier talent and speakers
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to align programming with organizational goals
  • Conduct market research to innovate and improve event experiences
  • Manage talent schedules and lead event rehearsals
  • Create compelling session descriptions and schedules
  • Collaborate with operations and project management teams
  • Provide on-site event management and post-event reporting

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

Required Experience

  • 5+ years in events, entertainment, or gaming industries
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Extensive experience in conference and convention programming
  • Talent/speaker management skills
  • Strong understanding of fan convention dynamics

Preferred Skills

  • Marketing and PR background
  • Familiarity with entertainment brand fan engagement
  • Japanese language skills (a plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work under pressure
