What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop, prepare, interpret, and monitor health process and outcomes data analyses and reports for decision-making
• Collaborate with health system stakeholders to design and develop data models and reporting solutions
• Collect, analyze, and report data from multiple sources to create actionable reports for leadership
• Provide technical support and documentation for analysts, clinicians, and executives using health data
• Assist in developing ETL processes to acquire and load data from internal and external sources

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in informatics, information technology, business, data science, or a related field
• Three (3) years of directly related work experience
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and work under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and Access
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Six years of experience in analysis, quality reporting, or decision support, with at least three years in the healthcare industry
• Experience with Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools
• Familiarity with disease processes, care pathways, and medical terminology
• Excellent problem-solving or analytical skills
• Self-starter who works well alone and in a team
