What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead internal business projects and programs involving cross-functional teams
• Monitor project implementations and ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to manage project planning and execution
• Analyze data and trends to provide recommendations on project planning
• Maintain compliance with policies and procedures while tracking program success

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of Program and/or Project management experience
• 2-3 years of Managed Care experience
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Excellent presentation and communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Graduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5-7 years of Program and/or Project management experience
• Experience working in a cross-functional, highly matrixed organization
• PMP, Six Sigma Green Belt, or Six Sigma Black Belt Certification desired
