Key Responsibilities
End-User Support
- Provide first-line technical support in-person and remotely to resolve IT-related issues promptly.
- Troubleshooting user account or mailbox issues.
- Diagnosing laptop, desktop, and software-related problems.
- Addressing hardware peripheral concerns (e.g., monitors, docking stations).
- Deliver excellent customer service by ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
Hardware and Software Management
- Build, configure, and deploy laptops for new staff.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and support office A/V equipment and meeting room technology.
- Manage and support office print devices and other hardware assets.
Vendor and Partner Collaboration
- Liaise with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) for escalated technical support.
- Manage relationships with local IT suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery.
Networking and Infrastructure
- Assist with network connectivity issues, including troubleshooting structured cabling.
- Support minor office network changes and upgrades as needed.
Project Involvement
- Contribute to global IT projects, assisting with deployments, updates, and other initiatives.
About You

You should be prepared to discuss illustrations of how your competencies have helped you to achieve positive results.
Essential Experience
- Proven experience in desktop support for Windows 10/11 environments.
- User and mailbox management within Microsoft 365 (M365).
- Hardware troubleshooting expertise (laptops, printers, A/V meeting room equipment).
- Experience managing hardware peripherals (e.g., monitors, docking stations).
- Basic knowledge of networking and structured cabling.

- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to influence and engage others positively.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
