Role overview
This 2-day, in-person bootcamp in Tirana gives selected participants the chance to work through practical Workday integration and business scenarios in a collaborative setting. You will tackle realistic tasks, exchange ideas with teammates, and present your solutions while gaining exposure to Workday delivery and Deloitte’s project culture.
Timeline
- Applications are open from June through August.
- Shortlisting and invitations take place between 9 and 18 September.
- The bootcamp, which serves as the final stage, is scheduled for 24 and 25 September.
- Final outcomes and offers are expected by the end of September or in early October.

Profile we are looking for
We are seeking people who think analytically, enjoy structured problem solving, and are eager to learn. Interest in consulting and HR or enterprise technology is important, along with a solid technical foundation and the ability to communicate clearly with different audiences.
Selection criteria
- A bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in software development, integrations, or XML technologies.
- Hands-on exposure to object-oriented languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Familiarity with Workday or comparable platforms like SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, or Salesforce.
- Knowledge of APIs, web services, middleware, and cloud-based integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting ability and comfort working with data.
- Good working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Clear communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to support or run workshops and client meetings.
- Independent working style, initiative, and the capacity to juggle several priorities.
- A strong sense of accountability, ownership, and teamwork.
- Fluent English and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Your future responsibilities
- Contribute to or lead Workday implementation, enhancement, and operational work.
- Serve as a functional contact point for end users on errors, data problems, and configuration questions.
- Help design, build, test, and deploy Workday solutions.
- Collect and document business requirements with senior consultants.
- Translate business processes into system configuration needs.
- Recommend best-practice functional design approaches to clients.
- Participate in workshops, demos, and client-facing presentations.
- Provide progress updates, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Work with cross-functional teams in an international environment.
- Build your expertise in Workday and consulting continuously.
