Role overview

This is a permanent warehouse operative position based in Saxmundham, Suffolk, with an on-site working arrangement. The role is available for an immediate start and offers a salary in the range of £30,000 to £31,000 per year. The base pay mentioned is £30,000 per year.

Working pattern

The job is for 40 hours each week and follows rotating shifts. The initial shift pattern is 06:45 to 16:30, after which the rota changes to 06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00. Overtime is available and is paid at enhanced rates.

Key duties

The warehouse function involves handling goods movement, preparing items for shipment, maintaining stock availability for production, and keeping records up to date in a stock control system. You will also need to follow the organisation’s standards, procedures, and working practices at all times.

Experience and licence preference

Candidates with warehouse or packing experience are encouraged to apply. A bendi FLT licence is considered a clear advantage, and a Flexi licence is also desirable for this position.
