Why this role exists

Bonusly’s brand has recently been refreshed and is still being developed. At the same time, the team is shaping the visual identity for Bizy, its agentic AI product, including the introduction of a mascot as the product’s primary face. A Senior Art Director has been brought in to guide the creative direction, and this Visual Designer role is a key part of bringing that vision to life.

The team is looking for a talented Visual Designer who wants to create thoughtful, high-quality work rather than simply producing repetitive templates. You will work closely with the Art Director and a small, highly collaborative marketing team in an environment that values strong craft and provides room to grow.

What the brand needs to do

The brand is expected to communicate three core qualities:

• Vibrant: It should feel lively, colorful, and energizing so a manager feels it will genuinely inspire their team.
• Real: It should feel grounded, honest, and closely tied to the product so HR leaders feel it accurately reflects their day-to-day experience.
• Progressive: It should feel modern, confident, and clearly ahead of what is currently available.

What you’ll work on

This position includes a wide variety of creative responsibilities, spanning brand, marketing, and product-adjacent work.

• Create visual assets for campaigns, landing pages, social channels, events, and sales decks.
• Build and refine pieces of the brand design system so it remains usable and consistent.
• Help shape Bizy’s visual identity, including the personality and expressions of the mascot in different settings.
• Work with marketing partners to turn positioning and messaging into strong visual storytelling.
• Partner with product designers to keep the brand experience aligned across all touchpoints.
• Support teammates by enabling them to create on-brand materials for social posts, email, and events.
• Keep up with design trends and AI tools, and share ideas on how the creative landscape is changing.

AI in this role

AI is a major part of both how the team works and how it builds. The creative group uses generative tools every day to explore how these technologies can support craft and help define quality in a changing creative environment.

The ideal designer is already experimenting with AI, has a strong opinion about what these tools are good at and where they fall short, and brings good judgment to distinguish between output that is useful and output that is not. You will contribute your own approach, learn from a team deeply engaged in this area, and help shape how AI is used in the creative workflow.

A few things to know

This is a hands-on design role with a manager who understands the discipline. The direct manager is the Senior Art Director, Brand, who reports to the SVP of Product, Design & Marketing, a leader with a strong design background.

The role is not limited to production. You are expected to deliver high-quality work while also thinking critically, bringing ideas forward, and contributing to creative decisions.

The job is fully remote. The team works remotely and collaboratively, with occasional travel for intentional gatherings and offsites.

Because the brand and Bizy’s visual world are still evolving, the role offers substantial influence over creative direction rather than only execution.
