Position SummaryThe Payroll Associate role supports a growing service operations team that works directly with clients. It is a hands-on position focused on payroll processing and gives the right candidate a chance to develop in a fast-moving, client-facing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage payroll processing for a nationwide client portfolio.Input client information and examine employee time records for accuracy.Support payroll data imports and help with quality checks when required.Handle and resolve payroll-related queries from clients and employees.Work alongside payroll specialists to build expertise in the Prism payroll platform.Join remote client meetings and help support client KPI achievement based on service scope and business needs.Contribute to the overall health, upkeep, and retention of client accounts.Collaborate closely with clients and internal operations teams to maintain strong working relationships.Skills, Knowledge & AbilitiesAbility to manage multiple tasks at the same time.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Good organizational ability.Working knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook.Education & ExperienceHigh school diploma or an equivalent qualification.Between 2 and 5 years of relevant experience.About the CompanyPrismHR is a fast-moving SaaS organization that delivers cloud-based payroll software.
