Transcription Editor

Overview

We are looking for remote Transcription Editors to refine written transcripts by comparing them against audio recordings. The role requires solid command of English, careful proofreading, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Check transcripts against the original audio and make precise edits where needed.
• Fix issues related to grammar, punctuation, formatting, and transcription accuracy.
• Work in line with project instructions and deliver assignments within set deadlines.
• Keep in touch with project managers through the designated communication channel.

Requirements

• Strong English listening and editing ability.
• A dependable computer, stable internet access, Microsoft Word, and headphones.
• Careful attention to detail and the ability to follow directions accurately.
• Readiness to sign an NDA and work with confidential content.
• Microsoft Word is required.

Work Arrangement
