Tender Executive

Role Overview

Optimax Consultants is looking for a Tender Executive to manage tendering activities, support bid preparation, and ensure accurate documentation throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of end-to-end tendering, bid coordination, and document submission workflows.
• Effective communication, strong people skills, and a professional approach to client interactions.
• Ability to conduct research, analyze data, prepare reports, and work with GeM and CPP platforms.
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines, juggling multiple tasks, and maintaining performance in high-pressure situations.
• Careful attention to detail along with strong organization and documentation accuracy.
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications and tender management tools is an added advantage.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a similar discipline is required.
• Prior exposure to procurement, contracts, or tender handling will be considered beneficial.
