The role focuses on helping to manage documentation correctly and consistently so that service standards and operating practices are met. It is a support position that contributes to the company’s customer service commitments.
Qualifications and experience
Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognised tertiary institution. A qualification covering all classes of insurance business is also required. The ideal candidate should bring at least two years of experience in a similar role. A solid understanding of insurance regulations would be a strong advantage.
