Team Lead

Job Description

Avoca Ireland is seeking a dedicated full-time Team Lead for its Kilmacanogue store and cafe. This permanent position involves assisting management with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, managing departmental tasks, and providing support to the management team. The role requires proficiency in cash handling, reconciliation, managing employee breaks, addressing customer inquiries, and undertaking various ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the opening and/or closing of your designated department according to manager's guidelines.
• Managing all aspects of cash handling and reconciliation.
• Addressing customer service inquiries, including the resolution of complaints.
• Participating in the store's ordering processes.
• Offering general assistance and support to the management team.
• Performing other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Demonstrated history of proactively taking on responsibilities.
• Exceptional customer service capabilities.
• Keen attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.
• A dependable and adaptable work ethic.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Retail Management or Supervision.
• Previous experience with visual merchandising in a retail environment.
