Role Overview
The Teaching Assistant will support the school’s mission to provide an excellent international education and will work in line with company and school policies. The role is centered on supporting an individual child while also helping teachers strengthen learning outcomes and classroom effectiveness.
Key Duties
The Teaching Assistant will work closely with teachers and the assigned child to improve learning, participation, and progress across the curriculum.
- Support the child in reaching strong academic standards.
- Help make the best use of teaching and learning time.
- Assist in developing the child’s abilities across different subjects.
- Contribute to checking the child’s progress and achievement.
- Recognize individual learning needs and respond appropriately.
- Help set ambitious but realistic learning goals.

- Help create a structured, positive, and supportive learning space.
- Present tasks and curriculum material in a clear, engaging way.
- Work with the child one-to-one as well as in small groups.

- Assist the child with reading texts, worksheets, and other materials.
- Help organize the child’s written work.
- Clarify instructions and expectations for tasks.
