Role summary

The Task Associate supports store operations by helping keep the location ready for guests and sales. This includes making sure fixtures are stocked, the store stays clean, and assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time. The position works closely with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager and requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow established procedures, and a consistent focus on execution, teamwork, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Help the store meet or exceed retail targets by completing assigned tasks and keeping merchandise available for purchase.
• Support task-dashboard goals and finish operational work on schedule, including shipment processing, replenishment, merchandise sets, inventory counts, and related procedures.
• Arrive on time and maintain dependable attendance.
• Build a welcoming, inclusive environment for teammates, peers, and guests.
• Take part in ongoing learning such as brand and category training to strengthen skills and support sales performance.
• Follow company policies, standards, and procedures at all times.
• Comply with the dress code and maintain a professional store appearance.
• Complete resets, planograms, marketing displays, physical inventory activities, and shipment processing using company technology and approved methods.
• Keep assigned areas stocked, signed, faced, and tester-ready to support a strong shopping experience.
• Maintain a clean and orderly store, including the sales floor, restrooms, cash wrap, stockroom, and break area.
• Protect company assets by using loss-prevention best practices and delivering excellent guest service.
• Handle other operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma is preferred.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience, or an equivalent mix of education and work experience, is preferred.
• Basic technology skills are needed, including familiarity with point-of-sale systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving ability.

Schedule and working conditions

This is a flexible-shift role that may include early mornings, daytime hours, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays. The job requires continuous movement throughout the store, frequent standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, and twisting, and regular lifting, carrying, or moving of items up to 25 lbs. It also involves frequent handling and manipulation of objects during the shift.
