Role overview
This is a remote opportunity in the United States for a Strategic Program Manager supporting a partner company that handles its own hiring process. The role operates at the point where client delivery, technical implementation, and cross-functional program leadership meet, within a fast-moving fintech setting.
In this position, you will guide major initiatives that connect customers, partners, and internal teams so financial products are launched and adopted smoothly. You will combine program leadership with strategic input, manage onboarding and integrations for enterprise clients, and help build repeatable processes that improve delivery speed, consistency, and scale. The work is highly visible and has a direct effect on customer outcomes, revenue, and platform expansion.

- Run complex, cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Risk teams to keep execution on track and on time.
- Coordinate partner integration work, including API setup, webhook implementation, and system configuration across technical environments.
- Bridge Product and Customer Success so that documentation, enablement, and launch readiness are in place for new features.
- Review and approve Statements of Work in partnership with solution engineering and sales teams.
- Build and improve standardized processes for onboarding, implementation, and operations to increase speed, reliability, and efficiency.
- Keep project plans, records, and stakeholder communications current so progress and decisions remain transparent.
- Present status, risks, and results to executive stakeholders and help guide decisions in customer and internal meetings.
- Work through scope, timeline, and requirement tradeoffs while balancing customer needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
- Support revenue growth by helping new customers activate successfully and adopt new product capabilities.
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience in enterprise program management, technical project delivery, or customer-facing implementation work.
- Proven success managing complex programs that involve technical integrations and coordination across many stakeholders.
- Strong working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, system integrations, and current deployment approaches.
- Ability to create and scale repeatable workflows that improve launch speed and operational efficiency.
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, financial services, HR tech, or other technically complex environments is preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong attention to detail, with solid documentation, planning, and organization habits.
- Comfort working through ambiguity, identifying risks early, and solving operational and technical problems proactively.
- Experience partnering with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams in a matrixed organization.
- Working knowledge of project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar systems.
