About the Role
Starbucks is seeking a Store Manager in Halifax Regional Municipality, Nova Scotia, to lead a store that serves as both a business and a community gathering place. This role is focused on delivering the Starbucks experience through strong store operations, financial performance, team leadership, and genuine customer connection.
As a store leader, you will be expected to act with purpose, take initiative, and create positive outcomes for customers, partners, and the wider community. The position gives you room to lead independently while using established brand standards and business practices.
What You’ll Do
You will be responsible for growing a high-performing retail business, developing people, and representing the brand in the community. The role combines operational leadership with hands-on team coaching and customer experience excellence.
Compensation & Benefits
The expected hiring range for this position is CAD 57,300 to CAD 76,050 per year. Base pay may differ depending on location, experience, skills, and internal equity. Eligible employees may also receive bonus program participation and annual bean stock grants.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience managing retail or customer service operations
- Strong skills in organization, interpersonal communication, and problem-solving
- Experience in a sales-driven environment and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Proven leadership ability, including coaching and mentoring team members with maturity
- Minimum education of High School or GED
- Legal documents proving identity and authorization to work in the country of application
- Availability for full-time work of more than 40 hours per week, including flexible schedules such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
