Role Overview

The Sommelier contributes directly to the overall dining experience by guiding wine selections, improving pairings, and ensuring each guest enjoys a polished and memorable meal.

Key Duties

• Deliver polished wine service tailored to guest preferences, including answering questions and suggesting suitable choices from the wine list.
• Support wine and beverage procurement, stock control, upkeep, and related reporting.
• Handle wine pairing guidance as well as aperitif service.
• Lead and coordinate the sommelier team.
• Keep current with new developments, styles, and trends in the wine industry.
