Role overview
Infosys is hiring an Infoscion for its delivery team in Bengaluru East, Karnataka. In this role, you will work closely with clients on quality assurance and issue resolution while helping maintain strong customer satisfaction. The position involves translating requirements into designs, validating architecture, and supporting reliable service delivery in the technology space.
What you will do
- Act as the client-facing point of contact for quality checks, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Review requirements, prepare and evaluate designs, and confirm that the proposed architecture is sound.
- Contribute to project estimation and provide inputs that support effective solution delivery.
- Carry out technical risk planning along with reviews of code and unit test plans.
- Guide the team toward efficient, well-structured, and high-quality code output.
- Support ongoing knowledge sharing and follow organizational standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Help build robust systems and programs that support digital transformation initiatives for clients.
Required knowledge and approach
The role calls for familiarity with more than one technology stack, a solid foundation in architecture and design concepts, and exposure to testing tools. You should understand agile delivery, the project life cycle for development and maintenance work, estimation methods, and quality processes. A basic understanding of business domains is needed so you can interpret requirements correctly.

- Strong grasp of software quality assurance concepts, SOLID principles, and modelling techniques.
- Awareness of current technologies and emerging trends.
- Sharp analytical thinking, strong technical capability, and clear communication.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
- Working knowledge across multiple technologies, including core Java, Python, Go, reactive programming, DevOps continuous delivery and release practices, GIS spatial databases with SQL Server, machine learning with GoLearn, React JS, and SAP PM/MRO.
