They are looking for a driven, imaginative social media professional to strengthen and develop the company’s online presence across major digital channels.
Role summary
This position is responsible for building audience engagement, improving brand visibility, producing compelling digital content, and supporting lead generation through active social media management.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and keep current the company’s accounts on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and YouTube.
- Design and publish creative content such as visuals, short-form videos, captions, and campaign materials.
- Handle audience interactions by replying to comments, direct messages, and customer questions promptly and professionally.
- Plan and implement social media initiatives aimed at boosting awareness, engagement, and sales results.
- Track market trends, observe competitor activity, and identify new opportunities in digital marketing.
Requirements
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts; this requirement is mandatory.
- Practical ability to use Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, or comparable content design and editing tools.
- Strong working knowledge of WhatsApp Flowchart, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Marketing; this is mandatory.
