Role Overview

Mideaseed is seeking a creative, trend-aware, and execution-oriented Social Media Associate / Social Media Manager to strengthen and expand the online presence of multiple brands. This is an in-office position based at Boring Road, Patna.

Compensation and Growth

The monthly pay depends on the position and candidate profile: Social Media Associate will be offered ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month, while Social Media Manager will receive ₹16,000 to ₹20,000 per month. The final designation and pay will be determined by experience, skill set, and the selection outcome. There is also a chance of performance-linked increments and advancement after 3 to 6 months.

What the Role Involves

• Develop, create, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms.
• Handle brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, and related channels.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of social media campaigns and strategy.
• Work closely with design, content, and production teams to deliver campaigns.
• Keep track of platform updates, new features, and algorithm shifts.
• Review post performance and turn insights into practical improvements.
• Generate fresh campaign ideas and drive audience engagement initiatives.
• Support photoshoot planning and content coordination whenever needed.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be passionate about content, Instagram trends, branding, and digital marketing. The position calls for someone who can balance creativity with execution and manage work across different brand accounts.

Required Skills and Experience

• 0 to 3 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Strong working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Reels, and short-form content formats.
• Good communication skills and the ability to write clear, engaging content.
• A creative approach with careful attention to detail.
• Capability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Working familiarity with Meta Business Suite and analytics tools is an advantage.
• Prior exposure to paid advertising will be considered a plus.
