Role Overview
The company is looking for a ServiceNow Developer / Consultant with solid hands-on experience to support the design, development, customization, and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to turn requirements into effective platform implementations and high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, configure, and tailor applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Create and manage workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and catalog items.
- Work across ITSM, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub modules and tools.
- Develop and support integrations with external systems through REST and SOAP APIs.
- Review business needs and convert them into practical technical solutions.
- Investigate platform issues and resolve them promptly.
- Contribute to testing, release/deployment activities, and post-go-live support.
- Follow ServiceNow engineering standards and recommended development practices.
- Document technical designs, configurations, and solution details clearly.
Required Experience and Skills
- Overall IT experience of 3 to 8 years, including relevant ServiceNow work.
- Strong practical knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and customization.
- Experience with ITSM, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
- Good command of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience implementing integrations using REST and SOAP.
- Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting ability, and communication skills.
Education
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required.
