Overview

Pepkor Lifestyle is seeking an energetic, target-focused Salesperson to support store sales and customer experience in Jwaneng, Southern, Botswana. The role centers on selling products effectively, understanding customer needs, and recommending suitable solutions while helping the business grow its revenue and profitability.

Role purpose

The main objective of this position is to increase income and improve profit through strong sales performance and high-quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day sales activities to drive product sales.
• Work toward and deliver sales budgets, targets, and income goals.
• Use merchandising practices to attract new customers and keep existing ones coming back.
• Handle cash and credit-related procedures and administration according to company policy.
• Serve customers in a helpful, customer-first manner.

Minimum requirements

• Completed Grade 12.
• 7 to 12 months of sales experience, preferably within a retail environment.
