Role overview
Amazon Freight in India is hiring a Freight Ops Analyst to help resolve everyday operational issues and support the growth of one of Amazon’s newer businesses during its startup phase. The role suits someone with a background in transportation or supply chain, strong analytical problem-solving ability, and a customer-focused mindset.
What you will do
- Put new and existing standard operating procedures into practice and help ensure consistent execution.
- Spot operational hurdles, investigate the underlying causes, and recommend practical improvements to raise productivity and efficiency.
- Assist the business by researching inbounding issues, billing concerns, and payment-related defects.
- Study reports and data to find performance slowdowns, process-control gaps, and opportunities to improve performance and share of wallet.
What we are looking for
- A bachelor’s degree.
- Strong command of spoken and written English, including the ability to read fluently.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office tools and applications.
- Exposure to external customer interactions is an advantage.
- Experience working in an operational environment is preferred.
Working style
