  • Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and product teams to shape solution-oriented proposals.
  • Ensure invoices are raised within 3 working days after milestone completion or project closure.
  • Monitor receivables for assigned accounts and follow up so payments are collected within 30 days or as per contract terms.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer satisfaction, escalation handling, and relationship health.
  • Coordinate with delivery and leadership teams to resolve issues and maintain strong governance.
  • Align sales activities with delivery feasibility, and participate in revenue and pipeline reviews.
  • Ensure contractual, internal, and regulatory requirements are followed at all stages.
