Team impact

The Sales Development Representative team plays a key role in creating demand for Clio’s products among prospective customers. Key responsibilities

  • Manage marketing-qualified leads across all customer segments.
  • Build qualification expertise for both inbound and outbound prospects.
  • Handle daily call activity in the range of 50 to 70 calls.
  • Work closely with Account Executives as part of the sales process.
  • Generate awareness, build interest, and schedule product demonstrations.
  • Learn the assigned territory or segment and create creative ways to identify and connect with prospects.
  • Strengthen core sales abilities through ongoing training and review cycles.
  • Adapt approach as sales needs and processes evolve.

Compensation and benefits
