Retail Associate - Keyholder

Role overview

Best Buy is looking to fill this position right away. In this role, you will work as a retail associate - keyholder, referred to internally as a solutions advisor - keyholder. Your focus will be on creating a positive store experience, handling purchases, returns, and trade-ins, and helping keep the location organized and ready for customers.

No prior experience is needed. If you already use technology in your day-to-day life, that background will help, and the company will provide the training required to support customers effectively.

This opportunity is based at the Cornwall, Ontario store and is an on-site, full-time retail role.

What you will do

• Support customers across different parts of the store, from product selection and service setup through to completing transactions.
• Use your interest in technology and your product knowledge to guide and assist shoppers.
• Help with store procedures, including opening and closing duties and accepting merchandise deliveries.
• Handle customer concerns and other situations when the store leader is not available.
