Role OverviewThe Retail Associate role is focused on helping the store achieve or surpass its sales and profit goals by creating strong customer connections, delivering excellent service, and handling store tasks with care and consistency.What You Will DoWork toward store sales and KPI targets, as well as your own performance goals, and make good use of available store resources to achieve them.Deliver service that meets or exceeds the brand’s customer experience standards.Represent the brand positively at all times by demonstrating the right attitude and values.Apply seasonal product knowledge during selling conversations.Explain product features, benefits, and key differentiators clearly so customers’ needs are addressed and their brand connection is strengthened.Follow all company policies and operating procedures.Maintain visual merchandising and in-store communication standards.Receive merchandise deliveries efficiently and replenish displays so the full product range is available on the sales floor.Handle cash register transactions accurately and promptly.Help reduce loss in the stockroom and on the shop floor.Carry out store activities in a safe, effective, and efficient way.Work cooperatively and respectfully with colleagues.Complete required training and apply what you learn in day-to-day work.Actively look for coaching and learning opportunities to improve performance.Key RelationshipsThis position works closely with customers, peers, and supervisors.Knowledge, Capabilities and ExperienceThe role calls for retail professional competencies.Minimum QualificationsHigh school education is mandatory.Ideally, you should have around 6 months of experience in a sports or fashion retail environment with a customer and commercial focus.You should have basic numeracy, reading, writing, and spoken communication skills.Diversity and Equal OpportunityThe employer values diversity, encourages inclusiveness and individual expression, and does not accept harassment or discrimination of any kind.
