Role overview
Talentoma is hiring a Remote Recruitment Associate to help drive hiring efforts from candidate sourcing through interview coordination and recruitment support. This position is suited to someone who wants to grow a career in recruitment and talent acquisition.
What you will do
- Identify potential candidates using online hiring channels.
- Go through applications and assess whether applicants meet the basic requirements.
- Arrange interviews and keep candidates informed throughout the process.
- Update and maintain applicant tracking system data accurately.
- Contribute to recruiting campaigns and help build a strong talent pipeline.
- Support hiring paperwork, records, and recruitment-related reports.
What we are looking for
- Prior experience in recruiting, HR, administrative work, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, along with strong organizational ability.
- Comfort handling several recruitment tasks at the same time.
- Helpful familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms.
- A dedicated home-office setup is required for this remote role.
Compensation and benefits
