Role Overview
This position focuses on delivering attentive, long-term client care in a virtual setting. The role is designed for someone starting out, and complete training along with licensing assistance will be provided.
Key Duties
- Speak with clients online using pre-qualified warm leads only.
- Explain life insurance and related protection solutions in clear, simple terms.
- Tailor coverage recommendations to match each client’s needs and budget.
- Guide clients through the application steps.
- Maintain professional, ongoing relationships with clients.
- Work in line with company policies and applicable regulations.
Compensation
This is a fully commission-based role, so earnings depend on performance. Typical first-sale payouts are around $600 to $800. Active agents may receive a 5% pay increase every 2 to 3 months. There are no sales quotas. The stated compensation figures are averages for active agents.
