Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interviews across multiple calendars and hiring managers
  • Review resumes and applications as part of the screening process

  • Background in providing a strong candidate or customer experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfort using HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to handle confidential information carefully and professionally
  • Strong troubleshooting and adaptability in a fast-moving work environment
