Role overview

A financial services corporation is seeking a Recruiter to support hiring activities for its New York City office. This is a six-month contract role with a chance of extension. The position follows a hybrid schedule with three onsite days each week near Vesey Street.

What you will do

  • Assist with onsite hiring events and recruitment initiatives at the New York City office when needed.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a corporate environment.
  • Experience in financial services, banking, payments, fintech, or similar sectors is preferred.
  • Hands-on familiarity with ATS and CRM tools such as Workday, Taleo, EightFold, Bullhorn, or SuccessFactors.
  • Oracle Recruitment Cloud experience is considered an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organizational ability, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-based setting.
