Role overview
Acara Solutions, part of the Aleron Company, is looking for remote Recruiters to support hiring activities on a temporary 3-month contract.
This role sits within the Business Process Outsourcing space and is structured around a 40-hour workweek.
Compensation is $30.00 to $35.00 per hour.
What you will do
- Take part in recruiting initiatives and programs across the hiring process.
- Stay in regular touch with staffing agencies, placement offices, and outreach sources to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming openings.
- Use clear, professional communication to share information, represent the company positively, and encourage qualified candidates to apply.
- Review resumes and handle early-stage screening interviews by phone or in person, then move suitable applicants forward to the next interview round.
- Support and train other team members on company-approved screening, testing, and interviewing procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least 4 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition support.
Additional information
This is a temporary assignment lasting 3 months.
The role is remote and follows a 40-hour weekly schedule.
