Reconstruction Estimator

Role Overview

As a Reconstruction Estimator, you will handle sales and estimating for reconstruction projects involving both commercial and residential properties. This position works closely with the mitigation team and involves building strong client and industry relationships while helping the company deliver profitable, high-quality restoration services.

Key Duties

• Meet prospective clients and present reconstruction service offerings.
• Use leads supplied by the mitigation team and also generate additional business opportunities independently.
• Collaborate closely with the mitigation team during the project process.
• Prepare reconstruction estimates for commercial and residential structures in line with applicable guidelines.
• Secure signed contracts from customers.
• Follow service level agreement requirements consistently.
• Collect certificates of satisfaction after work completion.
• Support overall job profitability.
• Build and maintain relationships with insurance professionals, property managers, building owners, and other key contacts in the reconstruction field.

Skills and Tools

Xactimate proficiency is essential, and CoreLogic experience is considered an added advantage.

Compensation

The annual pay range for this role is $40,000 to $60,000.
