Role Overview
Chuan Lim Construction Pte Ltd is hiring a Quantity Surveyor to support project costing, budget management, claims, tender work, measurement, and day-to-day quantity surveying duties for construction projects based in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare project cost estimates and manage budget control throughout the work.
- Process monthly progress claims as well as the final claim.
- Take care of the project’s administrative records and supporting documentation.
- Contribute to tender preparation, including measurement and estimation for earthwork, civil engineering, and addition & alteration projects.
- Carry out quantity take-offs accurately.
- Prepare RFQs, submit quotations, and provide the required supporting documents.
- Perform any other duties typically expected of a Quantity Surveyor.
Requirements
- A Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building, or Architecture is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar field is necessary.
- The role calls for someone proactive with strong communication skills to coordinate with clients and meet deadlines.
- Applicants should be able to work independently and demonstrate a careful, analytical approach.
- Candidates must be prepared to work in the Senoko area.
Work Location
This is an on-site role in Singapore.
