About the Role

We are seeking fluent language professionals to assist in the training and evaluation of AI language models. This is a flexible, part-time contract position that can be performed entirely from home, allowing you to manage your own schedule. If you have professional experience with language in fields such as writing, teaching, translation, tutoring, linguistics, or language specialization, this role would be an excellent match.

What You'll Do

• Assess the quality, accuracy, and fluency of AI-generated text.
• Create brief prompts and imaginative responses to aid in training AI systems.
• Rate and compare AI outputs according to specified evaluation criteria.
• Offer written feedback regarding the quality of the language used.

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency in your native language and English.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher, ideally in a humanities, language, or writing-focused discipline.
• Professional experience in language-related work, including writing, teaching, translation, editing, annotation, or similar areas.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to adhere strictly to evaluation guidelines.
• A background in linguistics, academic writing, data annotation, or AI content evaluation is considered advantageous.
