Project Coordinator

About the Role

Modalways is hiring a meticulous Project Coordinator to help organize, plan, and monitor technology-focused projects. In this role, you will partner with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to keep work structured, documented, and progressing on time. The position is well suited to someone who is organized, takes initiative, and wants to grow a career in project coordination within a tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers by helping coordinate day-to-day project work.
• Follow project schedules, tasks, milestones, and deliverables to keep progress visible.
• Keep project files, reports, and records orderly and up to date.
• Watch task status and flag possible delays or roadblocks early.
• Assist in preparing progress updates and project summary reports.
• Make sure project processes and documentation guidelines are consistently followed.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is needed.
• Experience in administrative support, project coordination, or an office-based role is an advantage.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively are essential.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills are required.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is expected.
