Role Overview

The position is for a Process Associate in Bangalore. The role supports fulfillment operations by guiding associates, maintaining work standards, and helping ensure customer orders are handled on time and to the expected quality level. The work is largely manual and requires close attention to safety, productivity, and process discipline.

Key Duties

Oversee daily shift operations and manage the workday flow.
Handle administrative coordination for associates.
Assign tasks and workload to team members.
Track associate performance across productivity, quality, and safety, and provide coaching where needed.
Monitor count statuses and resolve problem queues.
Own shift quality outcomes and support corrective action planning.
Design and execute training and development plans for associates.
Perform daily 4M and 5S audits for assigned workstations.
Serve as a backup for the Area Manager when required.

Basic Requirements

At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office tools and applications.
Minimum qualification of high school or equivalent.
Willingness to work flexible schedules, including shifts, weekends, nights, and holidays.
Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and remain on feet or walking for shifts of up to 12 hours.
Capability to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during work.

Preferred Working Pattern

The role may require a 40-hour work week, with overtime when business needs demand it.
