Key responsibilities

• Maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and related equipment so they operate safely and efficiently.
• Handle guest and team member service calls, including urgent plumbing issues, in a timely manner.
• Install and service items such as toilets, sinks, baths, and other plumbing appliances.
• Work alongside contractors on bathroom fitting and plumbing support for new builds or renovation projects.
• Carry out routine inspections, identify unsafe conditions, and make sure all plumbing work follows safety standards.
• Support monthly safety checks and help ensure staff understand and follow plumbing safety procedures.
