Role Summary
This position is a full-time, on-site Plant Operator role in Umm Al Quwain, United Arab Emirates.
Key Duties
- Run and oversee the fully automated line used for concrete paving stone, block production, and packing.
- Manage production activities through the control panel and SCADA-based controls.
- Modify mix designs according to the requirements of each job.
- Carry out regular plant checks and handle basic maintenance tasks.
- Work closely with the production team to keep operations running smoothly.
- Record daily production output and prepare shift-wise reports.
- Adhere strictly to HSE standards and quality control processes.
Candidate Profile
The role requires hands-on experience in concrete paving stone or block production, especially in Gulf-region facilities.
