Role overview
Vistas Global is looking for a techno-functional consultant with practical experience in Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll. The person in this role will help deliver Oracle-based HR and payroll solutions from implementation and setup through testing, integration, reporting, and support after go-live. The work will involve close coordination with business teams as well as technical specialists to ensure the solution fits operational needs and compliance expectations.
What you will do
- Set up, configure, and provide ongoing support for Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll modules.
- Review HR and payroll needs from the business and convert them into workable Oracle Fusion solutions.
- Handle payroll runs, employee records, approvals, workflow setup, and system configuration tasks.
- Investigate issues in the application and assist business users with functional support.
- Work with technical teams on data migration, system integrations, BI reports, OTBI reports, HDL, and Fast Formulas.
- Prepare functional design documents, process notes, and end-user guides.
- Create and run test scripts, support SIT and UAT, and help close testing defects.
- Support production release activities and provide post-deployment assistance.
- Make sure Oracle Fusion solutions match business processes and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver training and knowledge transfer to users when needed.
What we are looking for
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll.
- Exposure to Oracle Fusion implementation, configuration, testing, reporting, and production support.
- Good understanding of HR and payroll processes.
- Experience collecting business requirements and documenting them clearly.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion integrations and reporting tools.
- Comfort with a mix of functional and technical responsibilities.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, documentation, presentation, and stakeholder-handling skills.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
Preferred experience
- Experience with Saudi Arabia payroll and local labour regulations is an advantage.
- Oracle Fusion HCM/Payroll certification would be beneficial.
- Prior involvement in full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementation projects is preferred.
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud integration technologies is a plus.
