Role Summary
We are looking for a full-time Moj Agent to work from Patna and manage live voice rooms on the AWAZ platform. The role involves hosting sessions, engaging with users in real time, and ensuring the room feels active, friendly, and well moderated. You will guide new users, keep conversations on track, introduce fresh discussion themes, and support participation through interactive activities. The position also includes collecting audience feedback, observing room trends and performance, and working with internal teams to strengthen engagement and content quality. This is a people-facing role suited to someone energetic, dependable, and comfortable representing the company in a professional way.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should communicate clearly and confidently, with a voice suited to live audio interaction. They should be able to connect easily with others, keep conversations flowing, and help create a welcoming environment online or offline. Basic comfort with mobile apps and social platforms is needed, along with the ability to run live sessions and handle simple troubleshooting. Strong planning and time management are important for staying consistent with scheduled sessions. Candidates should be dependable, professional, and willing to follow community rules and safety standards.
