Role overview
The Embossing team at Card Centre handles card customization for Bank and NETS cards using personalization machines. The group is responsible for completing the required daily output for different banking clients.
Responsibilities
- Operate card personalization equipment to process cards accurately.
- Ensure customer service targets are met, with attention to both speed and precision.
- Coordinate work activities with the wider production team.
- Carry out inventory checks for consumables and collaterals.
- Take on additional tasks as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification required is Higher NITEC.
- No specific field of study is needed.
- Experience in a production-line environment will be considered an advantage.
- Applicants should be comfortable working rotating shifts and available for half-day Saturday work when needed.
- Must be at ease operating machines.
- Must be able to lift items weighing around 5 to 10 kg.
- Basic computer literacy is necessary.
- English language proficiency is required.
