Key responsibilities

The role focuses on preventing accidents and responding quickly when needed in all designated swimming areas.

• Monitor guests and associates to help ensure safety in and around the pool during business hours.
• Hold valid lifeguard certification and be authorized to perform artificial respiration and CPR.
• Prepare and maintain all pool safety arrangements, including flotation devices, correct flag display, first-aid supplies, business-hours signage, pool depth information, and water and air temperature displays.
• Stay ready to respond to emergencies anywhere within the hotel’s swimming areas and ensure rescue boat availability at all times.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Valid lifeguard certification.
• Authorization to conduct AR and CPR.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in the same field.
• Good English communication skills.
• Pleasant personal presentation.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks at once.
