Landscape Coordinator

Role overview

This position focuses on coordinating landscape maintenance and project activities at site level. The role combines operational oversight, client-facing service, inspection work, and administrative support to ensure landscaping tasks are completed to the required standard.

Key duties

• Participate in site visits and assist with tender show-rounds.
• Plan, execute, and coordinate landscaping works on site.
• Handle client interactions and provide on-site service support.
• Manage administrative and operational tasks related to landscape projects.
• Perform daily and monthly site checks, including reviews of horticultural practices and landscape quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health requirements during landscape maintenance activities.
• Guide and mentor gardeners on expected performance and help address landscaping issues and challenges.

Requirements

• A Degree or Diploma in Horticulture, Arboriculture, or a related discipline, along with at least 1 year of experience in the landscaping industry.
• Entry-level applicants with the relevant certification are also encouraged to apply.
• Applicants should be energetic, adaptable, and committed to the role.
• Strong teamwork skills, along with the ability to lead and manage multiple tasks, are important.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are expected.
• Candidates with practical knowledge of horticulture or arboriculture will have an advantage.
• Training will be provided on the job.
