About the Role

YourRetreats is seeking skilled joiners to help build premium, custom-made luxury lodges in a lively and supportive workshop environment. Responsibilities

  • Fit cabinets and worktops, repair furniture, and assemble prefabricated components.
  • Read and follow technical drawings and blueprints so work matches the required specifications and quality level.
  • Keep the workspace tidy, organised, and safe.
  • Work effectively with other tradespeople both in the workshop and on other sites as needed.
  • Look after tools and equipment so they remain in safe, working condition.

Requirements

  • Previous construction industry experience as a joiner.
