Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D models and realistic visual outputs for interior and exterior spaces using SketchUp, V-Ray, 3ds Max, and Blender.
• Work with clients to understand project briefs and turn them into strong design concepts.
• Use lighting, texture, and shading techniques to build visually polished scenes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to keep designs aligned with project objectives, timelines, and client requirements.
• Check, refine, and finalize renders to ensure accuracy, consistency, and professional presentation quality.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SketchUp, V-Ray, 3ds Max, and Blender.
• Good knowledge of materials, lighting setups, and rendering methods.
• Educational background in architecture, interior design, 3D design, or a closely related discipline.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality 3D renders, supported by a portfolio, link, or sample work.
• Strong communication, collaboration, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable managing deadlines and handling several projects at the same time.

Eligibility

Candidates with a B.Tech / B.E. in Civil, Diploma in Architecture, B.Arch in Architecture, or Sustainable Architecture / Green Building Design background can apply.
