About the roleThis position is for an Inside Sales Associate based in Bangalore at MediBuddy, a digital healthcare platform focused on making medical services easy to access for individuals and corporate users. The role is centered on phone-based customer engagement, lead generation, and sales conversion.Key responsibilitiesReach out to roughly 100 customers each day by phone, specifically users who have already downloaded the MediBuddy app.Stay connected with interested customers, nurture them through follow-ups, and convert those conversations into qualified leads.Guide customer preference by using an approved talk track and sharing relevant information about specialties and services.Ensure every interaction follows the defined process, quality standards, and operating procedures.Act quickly to resolve customer concerns and complaints so satisfaction levels remain high.Work toward both sales goals and daily talk-time targets.Compensation and work scheduleThe role offers a fixed annual pay of INR 4.5 LPA, along with performance-based incentives of up to INR 2.5 LPA, depending on target achievement. The work schedule follows a 6-day week with rotational weekly offs.Who should applyCandidates must have at least 1 year of work experience.
