Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

- Keep the Hotel Director and relevant shipboard departments informed through clear, ongoing communication and feedback.
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the front office operation by coordinating, organizing, and supervising the team.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of ship facilities, ports of call, and onboard services.
- Plan and conduct training for reception staff to strengthen service quality, guest focus, product knowledge, and professional skills.
