Graduate Engineer - Multiple Disciplines

Overview

HanmiGlobal Saudi is looking for motivated graduate engineers from multiple disciplines to join its growing team in Riyadh. This is an entry-level opening for recent engineering graduates who want to begin their careers in a practical, fast-paced construction and engineering environment while building real project experience.

What you will do

• Work alongside senior engineers and project teams to contribute to planning, design, and execution activities.
• Help prepare engineering sketches, calculations, reports, and related project documents.
• Take part in site inspections and support the tracking of construction progress and quality checks.
• Coordinate with teams from different disciplines and contribute to assigned project tasks.
• Join training and development initiatives to strengthen technical and professional capability.
• Support adherence to safety, quality, and environmental requirements across the project.
• Carry out technical research and assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving when required.

Requirements

• A recently completed bachelor's degree in engineering, including Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline.
• Open to fresh graduates, or candidates with up to 1 to 2 years of experience.
• Strong eagerness to learn and build both technical and professional skills.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with engineering software will be an advantage.
• A professional approach aligned with safety, integrity, and company values.
• Willingness to work on site and adjust to changing project needs.
